This means ensuring proper market coverage, clearly defined non-goals, avoidance of overlap or redundancy with existing tenant configurations, operational clarity through explicit provision of clear inputs/outputs and more. With this in mind, we are able to continue towards a successful path by executing an updated charter formalization.
