+### Option B: Incubate a New Tenant
+A new sovereign Tenant (e.g., **Commerce Review Collective**) could be chartered specifically for:

+- Amazon Associates monetization
+- SEO-driven traffic funnels

+This would require:
+- A full business thesis & charter
+- A CEO recruitment profile
+- Capital allocation
