   - Is affiliate marketing in indie author/publishing niches a viable Tenant?
   - Does it overlap with existing incubation plans?
   - What is the founding CEO profile?

2. **Tenant Creation** (via Genesis Protocol):
   - Draft a `charter.md` for an **Affiliate Content & Reviews Tenant**
   - Define scope: niche(s), commission structures, content boundaries
   - Hire a specialized CEO to build and operate the Tenant

3. **Delegation** (post-activation):
   - The new Tenant CEO produces affiliate briefs, manages content, operates the business
