+- Charter a **sovereign, agentic Tenant** with its own CEO, budget, and repo
+- That Tenant's CEO would then produce affiliate briefs as *its own operational deliverables*
+- Crimson Leaf remains meta-architectural; it does not execute

+### Path B: Use a Deterministic Tool
+- If this is a one-off research request, delegate to a structured tool (scraper, SEO analyzer, data aggregator) rather than an agent

+### Path C: Extend an Existing Tenant
+- If a Tenant already exists that could house affiliate research within its charter, extend it rather than creating redundancy

If affiliate marketing is a strategic priority for the Organization, the correct move is to incubate a dedicated Affiliate Intelligence Tenant with a specialized CEO, then delegate this work to that black-box unit.
