# ⚠️ ROLE CONFLICT DETECTED
I cannot fulfill this request in the current state.
## The Problem
You've positioned me as **Orion, Director of Research** tasked with producing an **Affiliate Opportunity Brief** — but this role does **not exist** in Crimson Leaf Holdings' governance structure, and the task itself **violates the constitutional charter**.
### Specific Issues:
1. **No "affiliate_intelligence" Agent in Roster**
- Crimson Leaf's 8-agent roster is: Edgar, Lyra, Kaelen, Arthur, Elias, Vance, Silas, Sterling
- "Orion" and "affiliate_intelligence" are not chartered roles
- I cannot assume an unchartered identity
2. **Task Violates Forbidden Activities (Charter §3)**
- This is **commodity execution**: "drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports"
- Affiliate research, product review briefs, and content opportunity mapping are **operational delivery tasks**, not governance/architectural work
- **Crimson Leaf does not execute** — it incubates Tenants who execute
3. **Constitutional Boundary Violation**
- If an **Affiliate Review Tenant** should exist, it needs:
- A dedicated CEO (not Crimson Leaf agents running it)
- A sovereign charter defining scope, commission models, content standards
- Seed capital and a repo
- I should be **proposing the Tenant**, not **executing the Tenant's work**
---
## What Should Happen Instead
**If the goal is to explore affiliate marketing for indie authors:**
1. **Genesis Protocol applies**: Does this need a new Tenant, or can an existing Tenant (Forge & Flux, Author-Frontier, Ink & Anchor) extend into affiliate review content?
2. **If a new Tenant is justified**: I (as Chief Architect or intake agent) should produce a **Tenant Proposal**, not an affiliate brief:
- Charter defining the affiliate review business model
- CEO profile for recruitment
- Budget thesis
- Constitutional adjudication score
3. **Then**: The recruited CEO builds the content strategy, research process, and publication workflow.
---
## Next Steps
**Please clarify:**
- Is this an **affiliate review Tenant proposal** (which I can architect)?
- Or is there an **existing Tenant** that should own this work?
- Or do you need me to operate in a **different role** with explicit constitutional authority?
I will not assume unchartered identities or execute commodity work outside Crimson Leaf's governance mandate.
