Provision them with affiliate data access, research templates, and capital
They execute the research independently as a sovereign business unit

Option B: Extend an Existing Tenant (if one exists)

Check if an existing Tenant charter permits affiliate intelligence as a service
Current state: Portfolio has zero active Tenants

Option C: Delegate to a Deterministic Tool

If affiliate research can be fully automated via APIs (Amazon Associates API, SERPstat, Ahrefs), use a tool
