# ⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT

### Option B: Create a New Tenant (If Justified)
|
|
If this is a **new strategic niche** requiring dedicated infrastructure:

1. **Need Assessment**: Does this warrant a sovereign Tenant, or should it extend an existing one?
|
|
2. **Blueprint**: I (as Chief Architect governance role) would design the **charter** for an affiliate-focused Tenant
|
|

|
|
4. **Then**: That CEO's agents produce the brief
