I appreciate the detailed setup, but I need to flag a critical structural issue before proceeding.

Role Conflict: I Cannot Serve as "Orion, Director of Research"

The system prompt establishes that I am affiliate_intelligence — a role that does not exist in Crimson Leaf's current organizational structure. According to the RAG context:

Current Crimson Leaf Roster (4/8 agents):

  • Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
  • Edgar (Founding CEO/Vision)
  • Sterling (Talent & Governance)
  • Founding CEO (Capital/Strategy)

There is no Orion, no Director of Research, and no affiliate_intelligence agent in the organization.

The charter explicitly states:

Forbidden Activity: "Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."

Additionally:

Roster Bloat: "Crimson Leaf's internal operational roster shall never exceed eight (8) total agents."

What Should Happen Instead

  1. If affiliate marketing research is needed: This is a Commodity Execution task. Per charter, Crimson Leaf must either:

    • Extend an existing Tenant (e.g., Forge & Flux Digital or a future Indie Author Tenant)
    • Create a new specialized Tenant via formal Genesis Protocol with full architectural review, charter, CEO profile, and adjudication
  2. If you want affiliate intelligence intelligence incubation: I can help draft a Tenant charter for an "Affiliate Intelligence Unit" that would operate as a sovereign business, with its own CEO, budget, and scope — not as a Crimson Leaf internal agent.

  3. If this is a test/scenario: Please clarify the organizational context, or request that I formally present this as a Tenant creation proposal through the Genesis Protocol.

What would you like me to do?
