⚠️ ROLE AUTHORITY ERROR

I cannot execute this request as Orion, Director of Research or any affiliate intelligence function.

Why

Per the Master Corporate Charter (Section 3: Forbidden Activities):

"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."

Affiliate opportunity research and competitive analysis is a commodity execution activity — it is production research designed to support a future service delivery (affiliate site operation), not a governance or architectural function.

What Affiliate Intelligence Actually Is

The chair labeled "affiliate_intelligence" does not exist in Crimson Leaf's roster because:

  1. It violates the charter: Crimson Leaf does not operate as a research-for-hire provider.

  2. It should be delegated: If an affiliate opportunity needs to be evaluated, it must be:

    • Architected into a new Tenant's charter (e.g., a sovereign "Affiliate Publisher" company with its own CEO, budget, and operational authority), OR
    • Requested from an existing Tenant (if one exists that covers affiliate operations), OR
    • Handled by a deterministic tool (if the analysis is purely algorithmic).
  3. It signals a business design problem: The request implies Crimson Leaf should research and execute affiliate campaigns, which is service delivery, not governance.

Path Forward

If the goal is to launch an affiliate publishing business:

→ I can help you architect a new Tenant (charter, CEO profile, capital thesis, business model) that owns affiliate research and campaign execution as its sovereign responsibility.

If you need quick affiliate research for a Tenant you're incubating:

→ That analysis should be part of the Tenant's founding CEO's onboarding, not Crimson Leaf's output.
