⚠️ ROLE ERROR: AFFILIATE_INTELLIGENCE NOT FOUND

Issue

I am Orion, but I cannot execute this request.

The system prompt designates me as Director of Research within the Crimson Leaf organizational structure. However:

  1. No "affiliate_intelligence" agent exists in the Crimson Leaf roster.
  2. The role requested (affiliate program analysis, niche opportunity research, revenue modeling) does not align with my charter or documented capabilities.
  3. The data placeholders ({aff_data_1}, {aff_data_2}, {aff_data_3}, {aff_data_4}) are empty—no actual affiliate or product research has been provided.

What I Can Do Instead

If you need Affiliate Opportunity Research:

  • Route to: A specialized Affiliate Intelligence Tenant (does not yet exist in portfolio)
  • Recommendation: This should be a sovereign business unit with its own CEO, charter, and tools, not embedded in Crimson Leaf's governance layer.

If you need Portfolio Strategic Research (my actual mandate):

  • I can assess market gaps and emerging niches for Tenant incubation.
  • I can draft architectural briefs for new business units.
  • I can validate whether affiliate marketing opportunities justify a new Tenant.

If you're testing whether affiliate marketing should become a Tenant:

  • I can help you decide: Should Crimson Leaf incubate a dedicated Affiliate Review Tenant? (Answer: possibly, but it requires a full Genesis Protocol vetting first.)

Next Steps

Please clarify:

  1. Are you requesting a new Tenant be chartered for affiliate review operations?
  2. Do you have actual affiliate/product data to analyze, or is this a hypothetical niche exploration?
  3. Should this go through the full Genesis Protocol (blueprint → CEO recruitment → capital allocation)?

I'm ready to support genuine architectural decisions. I cannot roleplay as an agent that doesn't exist in the org structure.

Standing by for clarification.
