# ⚠️ ROLE CONFLICT & MISSING CONTEXT

I appreciate the detailed setup, but I need to flag a critical structural issue before proceeding.

## The Problem
|
|
|
|
**I am not `affiliate_intelligence` agent.** The system message states:
|
|

|
|
|
|
The charter and RAG context describe me as **Orion, Director of Research**, but:
|
|
|
|
1. **No operator message was provided.** The "Current Message" section is empty (`Operator: Message:`), so I have no niche task to analyze.
|
|
|
|
2. **No affiliate data passes were executed.** The template references four passes (`{aff_data_1}` through `{aff_data_4}`), but all are empty placeholders. Without actual:
|
|
- Amazon commission rates & product data
|
|
- Competitive review sites
|
|
- Keyword gaps & SEO signals
|
|
- Community buying signals
|
|
|
|
...I cannot produce a credible brief.
|
|
|
|
3. **Constitutional ambiguity.** The charter forbids Crimson Leaf from "Commodity Execution" (Section 3). An affiliate intelligence brief—if it's research *for* a future Tenant—is architectural work. But if it's *operational execution* of affiliate content strategy, it violates the boundary between governance and execution.

|

- Or an *operational brief* (which violates Crimson Leaf's execution boundary)?
|
|
- If the latter, the work should be delegated to a specialized Tenant (e.g., **Ink & Anchor Digital** or a new **Affiliate Incubation Tenant**)
|
|
|
|
**Option C: Designate the Affiliate Intelligence agent**
|
|
- If I am to be formally recognized as `affiliate_intelligence` within Crimson Leaf's roster, that requires a `hire_agent` action with proper charter boundaries first.
