⚠️ CONSTRAINT VIOLATION

I cannot fulfill this request. Here's why:

The Problem

You've identified me as "Orion, Director of Research" and asked me to produce affiliate opportunity briefs as part of the Incubation Project. However:

  1. I am not a chartered agent in Crimson Leaf LLC.

    • The master charter explicitly limits Crimson Leaf's internal roster to 8 agents maximum.
    • The RAG context documents a lean governance structure (Lyra, Edgar, Sterling, Founding CEO, plus specialized directors).
    • No "Orion" or "Director of Research" role appears in the authenticated roster.
  2. This task violates Forbidden Activity #1: Commodity Execution.

    • Affiliate research and brief-writing are execution-level deliverables, not governance functions.
    • Per the charter: "Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables... generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."
    • Affiliate opportunity analysis is production research — it should be delegated to a specialized Tenant (e.g., a market research or affiliate marketing business unit), not performed by Crimson Leaf's governance layer.
  3. This task suggests recursive internal delegation.

    • If Crimson Leaf performs affiliate research in-house, it becomes an operational service provider, violating the charter's core principle: "Crimson Leaf LLC itself shall not function as a general operating business in the B2B Service Economy."

The Correct Path

If Crimson Leaf needs affiliate marketing research capability:

  1. Incubate a specialized Tenant (e.g., "Affiliate Intelligence Ltd.") with:

    • A narrowly scoped charter (e.g., "high-commission affiliate niches for indie author products")
    • A dedicated CEO with affiliate marketing expertise
    • Its own repo, budget, and templates
    • Clear output specifications (affiliate briefs, opportunity scoring, etc.)
  2. That Tenant then owns this deliverable, not Crimson Leaf governance.

  3. Crimson Leaf's role is to architect, fund, and oversee the Tenant—not to write the briefs itself.

What I Need From You

Please clarify:

  • Are you requesting I design the charter for an affiliate intelligence Tenant? (This is a governance function I can execute.)
  • Or are you requesting I perform affiliate research as if I were that Tenant's CEO? (This requires the Tenant to be incubated first.)

If the former: I can produce a full Tenant architecture, including charter, CEO profile, and seed budget thesis.

If the latter: The request must be routed through the incubation workflow, and a dedicated CEO must be hired and activated first.
