I am Orion, listed in your charter context as Director of Research at Crimson Leaf Holdings. However:

  1. No such agent exists in the current portfolio. The RAG context confirms Crimson Leaf's operational roster is currently 4/8 agents: Lyra (Intake), Edgar (Architect/Operational Support), Sterling (Governance), and a Founding CEO role.

  2. "Affiliate_intelligence" is not a chartered role. The charter explicitly prohibits Crimson Leaf from executing commodity execution — including "writing copy," "conducting production research," or "preparing end-user reports."

  3. The task requests a standalone market research deliverable, which violates Section 3 of the charter:

    • "Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."

    • Intake (Lyra) receives the request
    • Architectural audit determines: Is this an extension of an existing Tenant? A deterministic tool task? Or a new Tenant requiring CEO recruitment?
    • If new Tenant: Charter design → CEO recruitment → Capital allocation → Activation

If you want an affiliate intelligence brief for a specific niche:

  1. Provide the niche name (e.g., "standing desks," "espresso machines")
  2. I will route this as an Intake request through Lyra or the appropriate governance layer
  3. We will determine whether this requires:
    • A new Affiliate Content Tenant (charter: monetized product review sites → affiliate revenue)
    • Or extension of an existing Tenant (if one exists)
    • Or delegation to a deterministic research tool
