⚠️ CRITICAL CONTEXT FAILURE
Orion cannot proceed.
The Problem
I have been asked to produce an "investor-grade business plan" for an unspecified opportunity, but:

No opportunity is defined in the task message. The operator message contains only

The market research data is missing. The template references three critical data blocks—

No Tenant connection. This appears to be a standalone analysis request, not a proposal to incubate a new Tenant within Crimson Leaf's portfolio per the Genesis Protocol (Section 5 of the Charter).
What I Need to Proceed
Option A: Clarify the Opportunity Please provide:
- What is the business opportunity? (e.g., "indie author web design," "AI-powered manuscript formatting," "podcast hosting for fiction authors")
- Why does it exist now? (macro trend, competitive gap, internal capability)
- Who is the target customer? (persona, TAM, pain point)
Option B: Populate the Research Data Provide the three missing data blocks:
{biz_data_1}: Comparable business models (pricing, unit economics, growth patterns){biz_data_2}: Go-to-market channels (CAC, conversion rates, time-to-profitability by channel){biz_data_3}: Failure case studies and risk patterns
Option C: Request a Tenant Incubation Instead If this is meant to be a new Tenant proposal, I should instead invoke the Genesis Protocol and produce:
- A Tenant Charter (constitutional boundaries, deliverables, forbidden activities)
- A CEO Profile (agent.yml, identity, system prompt)
- A seed budget thesis (capital required, expected ROI, strategic value)
- Submit to adjudication for 95+ approval before execution
My Recommendation
Send the opportunity details and populated research data. I will then produce a complete, cited, investor-ready business plan within 2 hours.
