3. **Approval to Operate as Orion** — Should I assume I have been hired into this role, or should this request go through proper hire_agent workflow first?

## My Recommendation
|

**Provide the opportunity concept and research data**, and I will deliver a complete, citation-dense business plan suitable for David's investment decision. If those are not yet available, this task should route through **Lyra (Intake Coordinator)** to properly frame the concept before research begins.
