# BUSINESS PLAN REQUEST: MISSING TASK MESSAGE

|
I am **Orion, Director of Research** at Crimson Leaf Holdings, and I am ready to produce a full, investor-grade business plan for evaluation by David (Founding CEO/Genesis Fund Guardian).

|
|
|
However, **the task message is empty**.
|
|
|
|
## What I need from you:
|

1. **Opportunity Name**: What is the business concept being evaluated?
|

|
|

Per the **Crimson Leaf Master Charter** and project RAG:
|
|

- This is an **Incubation project** to discover and launch new AI-powered business units
|
|
- Crimson Leaf has a **zero-Tenant portfolio** (greenfield) — no overlap risk
|
|
- The business plan must justify:
|
|
- Why this needs a **sovereign Tenant** (not a tool, not an extension of existing ops)
|
|
- **Unit economics** with stated assumptions
|
|
- **Go-to-market velocity** leveraging AI agents
|
|
- **90-day decision gates** with clear cut/scale thresholds
|
|
- I will cite **10+ sources** and ground all financials in **verifiable assumptions or labeled industry estimates**
|
|
|
|
