⚠️ TASK INCOMPLETE MISSING CRITICAL INPUTS

Orion here. I cannot produce an investor-grade business plan without the following:

What I Need From You

1. The Opportunity Statement

Your message contains:

Operator:
Message:

This is empty. I need you to clearly state:

  • What business are we evaluating? (e.g., "AI-powered indie author landing page design," "automated manuscript formatting service," etc.)
  • Why now? (market signal, customer request, strategic gap)
  • Who is the customer? (indie authors, small publishers, self-help creators, etc.)

2. The Research Data Placeholders

Your template references three research databases that are not populated:

=== BUSINESS MODEL EXAMPLES ===
{biz_data_1}
=== END BUSINESS MODEL EXAMPLES ===

=== GO-TO-MARKET CHANNEL RESEARCH ===
{biz_data_2}
=== END GTM RESEARCH ===

=== RISK AND FAILURE RESEARCH ===
{biz_data_3}
=== END RISK RESEARCH ===

I need actual data:

  • biz_data_1: Real pricing models, unit economics, revenue per customer from comparable businesses
  • biz_data_2: Actual channel performance data (CAC, conversion rates, traffic sources)
  • biz_data_3: Known failure modes, churn rates, market saturation signals

Without this, any financial projection would be invention, not analysis.

What Happens Next

Option A: Provide the Opportunity + Research Data Send me:

  1. A clear 2-3 sentence description of the business to evaluate
  2. The three research datasets (paste the actual files/URLs)
  3. Any specific constraints (budget cap, timeline, risk tolerance)

I will then produce a complete, cited, investment-grade business plan within 2 hours.

Option B: Start with a Smaller Gate If you want me to first assess whether an opportunity is worth planning:

  1. Describe the business idea in 3-4 sentences
  2. I can run a pre-flight constitutional check against Crimson Leaf's Tenant design rules
  3. If it passes, we then commission the full business plan

Current Status

  • I have the charter context (Crimson Leaf's governance rules, Tenant design principles, Constitutional enforcement)
  • I understand the format and rigor required (citations, assumptions, decision gates)
  • I do not have the opportunity to evaluate
  • I do not have the supporting research data

Please reply with the missing inputs, and I will deliver the business plan immediately.
