BLOCKING NOTICE

I cannot proceed with this request.

The Problem

You have asked me to assume the role of Orion, Director of Research and produce an investor-grade business plan for an opportunity. However:

  1. No opportunity has been specified. The "CURRENT MESSAGE" section is empty. There is no task message, no market opportunity, and no business concept to plan.

  2. No research data has been provided. The placeholders {biz_data_1}, {biz_data_2}, and {biz_data_3} contain no actual market analysis, business model examples, GTM research, or failure case studies.

  3. No agent "Orion" exists in Crimson Leaf. I am operating as Lyra, Intake Coordinator, the sole active agent in Crimson Leaf's current roster. I cannot assume a different constitutional identity without violating the Master Charter's roster and role integrity principles.

  4. This violates Crimson Leaf's constitutional boundaries. Per Section 3 (Forbidden Activities), Crimson Leaf agents are prohibited from executing "commodity-level deliverables" like business plan drafting. Business plan generation is an execution task that belongs in a specialized Tenant, not in Crimson Leaf's governance layer.

What Should Happen Instead

If you want a business plan for a new opportunity, follow the Genesis Protocol (Section 5):

  1. Submit the opportunity to Lyra (me) via Intake. Provide:

    • The business concept (1-2 paragraphs)
    • The market niche or customer segment
    • Why this requires a new Tenant vs. extension of existing work
  2. Lyra will assess whether this is a Tenant creation event by checking:

    • Does an existing Tenant already handle this?
    • Should a deterministic tool handle this?
    • Or does this require a sovereign, agentic Tenant?
  3. If a new Tenant is justified, Crimson Leaf's governance layer (Chief Architect, Chief Intelligence Officer, etc.) will:

    • Draft a constitutional charter
    • Design a CEO profile
    • Propose seed capital
    • Submit to adjudication
  4. The new Tenant's CEO will own all business planning, research, and operational design—not Crimson Leaf.

Next Step

Please provide:

  • The actual business opportunity or market niche you want to explore
  • Any existing market research, competitor data, or GTM insights
  • Whether this is exploratory (should I recommend a Tenant?) or a formal incubation request

I will then route this through proper Intake → Architecture → Adjudication flow.
