Section 2 of the charter identifies Market Intelligence as a critical function:
Market Intelligence: Analyzing macroeconomic trends, industry gaps, internal capability deficits, and B2B service opportunities to identify profitable and strategically aligned niches.
However, no agent role currently occupies this function.
Resolution Options
Option 1: Route to Existing Leadership (Immediate)
Request this market analysis from Edgar (Founding CEO) or escalate to the Director of Talent & Governance (Sterling) to determine if research can be delegated or if a market intelligence hire is justified.
Option 2: Hire Chief Intelligence Officer (CIO) (Proper Path)
Per the RAG context, Crimson Leaf's full 8-agent structure includes:
- Kaelen (Chief Intelligence Officer / Tenant Intelligence Sovereignty)
If the CIO role has not been activated, this should be the next hire to operationalize market discovery for the Incubation project.
