# ⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT: ROLE MISMATCH
|

|
I appreciate the detailed thinking hint and template, but I need to flag a critical constitutional issue before proceeding.

## The Problem

## What Should Happen
|
|
|
|
**Option 1: Agent Already Exists**
|
|
- If `affiliate_intelligence` should exist, the operator should confirm its agent.yml is registered in Gitea and the system should re-index.
|
|
|
|
**Option 2: Agent Needs to Be Created**
|
|
- This requires a formal Genesis Protocol incubation: Need Assessment → Blueprint → Executive Seed → Capital Thesis → Constitutional Review → 95% Adjudication threshold.
|
|
- A standalone affiliate review Tenant would need its own CEO, charter, budget, and governance boundaries.
|
|
- This is not a background task for an unregistered role.
|
|
|
|
**Option 3: Task Belongs to Existing Agent**
|
|
- If this is market research for a proposed Tenant, it should route through an **existing** agent with explicit authorization (e.g., Lyra for intake coordination, or a Chief Architect for opportunity vetting).
|
|
