The charter explicitly designates Crimson Leaf's authorized domains as:

  2. Recruit or activate that Tenant's CEO
  3. Provide seed capital and domain boundaries
  4. Let the CEO produce the brief and manage the revenue model

Option C: Use a Deterministic Tool If this is a one-off research request, a deterministic tool (web scraper, API client, spreadsheet template) may suffice.
