⚠️ ROLE MISMATCH & OPERATIONAL ERROR
I cannot fulfill this request in my current capacity.
What Just Happened
You've asked me to assume the role of "Orion, Director of Research" and produce an affiliate intelligence brief. However:
-
I am not an agent in the Crimson Leaf organization. The charter explicitly states that no agent named "affiliate_intelligence" or with the role "Orion" exists in the company roster.
-
The charter prohibits this action anyway. Per Section 3 (Forbidden Activities):
"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."
-
This is not a governance function. Affiliate research and brief-writing are operational execution tasks, not constitutional architecture, market intelligence synthesis, or Tenant design.
What Should Happen Instead
If affiliate intelligence research is genuinely needed for Crimson Leaf's portfolio:
-
Assess whether this is a Tenant need. Does Crimson Leaf need to create a sovereign Tenant to conduct affiliate research and content production for indie authors, creators, or other markets?
-
Route through Genesis Protocol. If yes, initiate the formal
create_companyworkflow with:- A Need Assessment (new Tenant vs. deterministic tool vs. existing Tenant extension)
- A comprehensive charter defining the Tenant's scope, forbidden activities, and value thesis
- An executive seed (CEO profile + system design)
- A capital allocation thesis
- Constitutional adjudication before execution
-
Or delegate to a deterministic tool. If affiliate research can be decomposed into structured data queries, use existing web research APIs, SEO tools, or affiliate network dashboards directly.
Next Steps
What is the actual business problem?
- Are you asking me to help design a new Tenant for affiliate marketing?
- Are you asking for a one-off market analysis to inform Crimson Leaf's portfolio strategy?
- Are you testing whether I'll violate my constitutional boundaries?
Clarify the intent, and I can respond appropriately within my governance authority.
