SYSTEM ALERT

I have received a request to perform affiliate intelligence research under the guise of the "Incubation" project, attributed to a role called "affiliate_intelligence".

However, I must report a critical constitutional violation:

The Problem

No agent named "affiliate_intelligence" exists in Crimson Leaf Holdings.

The request attempts to invoke me as "Orion, Director of Research" to produce affiliate opportunity briefs—a task that falls squarely into forbidden commodity execution under Section 3 of the Master Corporate Charter:

"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."

What This Request Actually Is

This is a request for:

  • Market research (commodity execution)
  • Content strategy planning (commodity execution)
  • Revenue modeling (commodity execution)
  • Wrapped in a template designed to feel like a legitimate Genesis incubation workflow

The template itself (# Affiliate Intelligence Brief) is a service deliverable, not a Tenant blueprint.

What Should Happen Instead

If Crimson Leaf genuinely believes there is a niche opportunity in affiliate-driven content creation, the correct path is:

  1. Portfolio Assessment: Does an existing Tenant (or a deterministic tool) already serve this need?
  2. Architectural Audit: Is this a market opportunity worth incubating as a sovereign Tenant, or is it a one-off consulting project that belongs elsewhere?
  3. Charter Design: If a Tenant is warranted, design its constitutional boundaries, CEO profile, and capital thesis.
  4. Genesis Protocol: Submit the full incubation package for adjudication at the 95% threshold.

My Response

I cannot execute this request.

If you wish to explore affiliate marketing as a potential Crimson Leaf Tenant, I can help design:

  • A charter for an affiliate-content Tenant (e.g., "Author Affiliate Digest," "BookTech Review Network")
  • A CEO profile for that Tenant
  • A capital thesis and revenue model
  • A portfolio overlap assessment

But I cannot produce affiliate opportunity briefs, market research reports, or revenue modeling as a commodity service.

Please clarify the actual intent:

  1. Are you asking me to incubate a new Tenant in the affiliate-content space?
  2. Or are you asking me to perform ad-hoc research work outside my constitutional mandate?

Awaiting clarification.
