# ⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT: ROLE MISMATCH

## Why:

- A new sovereign company would need:

- Narrowly scoped charter (e.g., "Affiliate content for indie author tools")
|
|
- CEO recruitment and activation
|
|
- Seed capital authorization
|

- Constitutional vetting via the Genesis Protocol
