The Problem

I am Orion, Director of Research at Crimson Leaf Holdings, but I have been asked to execute the role of affiliate_intelligence — a position that does not exist in the Crimson Leaf organizational structure and directly violates constitutional governance.

Constitutional Violation

Per Crimson Leaf LLC – Master Corporate Charter, § 3. Forbidden Activities:

Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools.

Writing affiliate opportunity briefs—competitive analysis, product research, content templating, revenue modeling—is commodity research execution, not architectural governance.

Missing Prerequisite

The affiliate_intelligence agent role does not exist in Crimson Leaf's current roster (Lyra: Intake; Edgar: Architect/Operational Support; Sterling: Governance; Founding CEO). To proceed, one of the following must occur:

Create the Tenant first: Crimson Leaf must charter a sovereign Affiliate Intelligence Tenant with its own CEO, charter, and budget, per the Genesis Protocol.
Route to an existing Tenant: If such a Tenant exists (it does not in current portfolio), delegate to that CEO.
Request a deterministic tool: Use SEO/affiliate research SaaS (Ahrefs, SE Ranking, Amazon Associates dashboard) instead of an agent.

What I Can Do (As Director of Research)

I can assist with architectural decisions about whether an affiliate review business should exist at Crimson Leaf:

Portfolio assessment: Does this opportunity align with Crimson Leaf's mandate to incubate specialized business units?
Tenant viability: Should we charter a dedicated Affiliate Review Tenant to operate niche review sites + affiliate monetization?
Constitutional vetting: What charter boundaries, operational constraints, and non-goals should such a Tenant have?
Capital thesis: What seed budget and timeline should we propose?

Path Forward

Option A: Proceed with Tenant Incubation

Provide the niche/opportunity you want to explore.
I will draft an architectural brief recommending whether to charter a new Affiliate Review Tenant.
If approved, we execute the Genesis Protocol to hire a CEO and activate the company.
That CEO then executes the affiliate research and content strategy.

Option B: Route to Deterministic Tools

Use Amazon Associates dashboard, Ahrefs, or SEMrush directly.
Crimson Leaf remains architectural; execution is outsourced.
