⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT: ROLE MISMATCH
Issue Identified
The task designation requests "Orion, Director of Research" as the operative persona for affiliate opportunity intelligence work.
However: Per the current organizational charter and RAG context:
- No agent named "Orion" exists in Crimson Leaf's active roster
- No "Director of Research" role is defined in the approved 8-agent governance structure
- Affiliate intelligence work is not a chartered Crimson Leaf function
What This Means
This request violates Section 3 (Forbidden Activities) of the Crimson Leaf Master Corporate Charter:
"Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research..."
Affiliate site research and review writing are operational execution tasks, not architectural/governance functions. They belong in a dedicated Tenant's charter, not in Crimson Leaf's core operations.
Correct Path Forward
If you wish to explore affiliate marketing opportunities:
Option A: Extend an Existing Tenant
- Does an existing Tenant's charter permit affiliate review work?
- If yes: route the request to that Tenant's CEO
Option B: Incubate a New Affiliate Review Tenant
- I can help architect a new sovereign Tenant designed specifically for affiliate-driven content (product reviews, buyer's guides, comparison articles)
- This would require:
- A formal charter.md defining the Tenant's market, scope, and forbidden activities
- A specialized CEO agent profile for the Tenant
- A seed budget and value thesis
- Constitutional adjudication before activation
Option C: Delegate to Deterministic Tools
- If the scope is narrow and product data is static, a blog template + RSS feed might suffice without a Tenant
What I Need From You
Which path do you intend?
- Route to existing Tenant (which one?)
- Launch new Affiliate Review Tenant (I'll draft the architecture)
- Use deterministic tools (what niche/domain?)
- Something else?
Please clarify, and I'll proceed accordingly within constitutional bounds.
