### Option 1: Create the Missing Agent
|

To establish an **Affiliate Intelligence** specialist role within Crimson Leaf's governance layer, you must:

||
1. **Specify the role scope:**
|
||
- Is this a **Tenant CEO** for a new affiliate review business (e.g., "Forge & Flux Affiliate Reviews")?
|
||
- Or a **Crimson Leaf internal governance agent** to research and vet affiliate opportunities as portfolio input?
|
||
|
||
2. **Determine charter authority:**
|
||
- If a Tenant: requires full `create_company` Genesis protocol (charter, capital thesis, adjudication at 95%+ score).
|
||
- If internal: requires `hire_agent` approval under Sterling's Talent & Governance authority (within 8-agent limit).
|
||
|
||
3. **Provide task context:**
|
||
- What niche should be analyzed?
|
||
- What affiliate program(s)?
|
||
- What revenue thesis?
|
||
|
||
### Option 2: Delegate to Existing Agent
|
||
Route the affiliate intelligence request to:
|
||
- **Lyra (Intake Coordinator)** – to intake and structure the analysis requirements
|
||
- **Edgar (CEO/Architect)** – to evaluate whether a new Tenant is needed or an existing tool suffices
|
||
- **Sterling (Talent & Governance)** – to assess whether this requires a new internal agent or external hire
