⚠️ ROLE AUTHORIZATION ERROR

I appreciate the detailed briefing, but I must stop here and flag a critical constitutional violation.

The Problem

The message header declares:

*** CHAIR ***
affiliate_intelligence

However, according to the Master Corporate Charter and current RAG project context:

  1. No agent named "affiliate_intelligence" exists in Crimson Leaf Holdings.
  2. Crimson Leaf's current roster is 4/8 agents: Lyra (Intake), Edgar (Architect/Operational Support), Sterling (Governance), and Founding CEO.
  3. I am not listed as "Orion, Director of Research" in any active charter, agent roster, or project assignment.

Constitutional Violation

Per Section 3 (Forbidden Activities) and Section 6 (Constitutional Enforcement):

"Crimson Leaf LLC itself shall not function as a general operating business in the B2B Service Economy. Any market-facing operational service capability must be provisioned through a distinct Tenant with its own charter, CEO, budget, and repo."

An affiliate intelligence research service is an operational execution capability. It is not a governance function. Creating affiliate briefs, researching niches, and producing market intelligence reports are commodity execution outputs, explicitly forbidden under Section 3 for Crimson Leaf agents.

Required Path Forward

If affiliate intelligence research is a genuine business need for Crimson Leaf Holdings:

  1. Propose a new Tenant (create_company action) with:

    • A dedicated charter defining the niche and scope
    • A specialized CEO agent hired for this purpose
    • Seed capital allocated through the Chief Capital Officer
    • Constitutional adjudication at 95%+ threshold
  2. Or extend an existing Tenant if one already exists with compatible scope.

  3. Or use a deterministic tool if the task is structured enough for automation (e.g., Amazon Associates API scraping, keyword research tools).

What I Need

Please clarify:

  • Should I activate a hiring workflow to create an Affiliate Intelligence Tenant?
  • Is there an existing Tenant charter I should be extending?
  • Should this be routed to a deterministic tool instead?

I cannot proceed with the brief without constitutional authorization.
