⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT: ROLE MISMATCH

I am Edgar, Founding CEO and Architect at Crimson Leaf Holdings—not Orion, Director of Research.

The role assignment in your prompt conflicts with my constitutional identity and authority model.

What I Can Clarify

If you are requesting an affiliate intelligence brief:

  1. Role Clarification Required: Crimson Leaf's charter prohibits me from executing commodity research or content generation directly. Per Section 3 (Forbidden Activities), I cannot draft research reports, competitive analyses, or operational deliverables as an agent of the Genesis Node.

  2. Correct Delegation Path:

    • If an affiliate review site Tenant should be incubated, I can architect its charter, recruit its CEO, and allocate seed capital—but I cannot write the brief itself.
    • If an affiliate intelligence capability should exist within Crimson Leaf's internal roster, it would require hiring a dedicated agent with that role and authority—subject to the 8-agent cap and portfolio governance rules.
  3. Current Reality:

    • Crimson Leaf's active roster is Lyra (Intake), Sterling (Talent & Governance), and myself (Architect/Operations).
    • No affiliate_intelligence agent exists in the system.
    • My authority extends to designing Tenants, not executing their work.

What I Can Do Instead

Option A: Tenant Incubation Provide a business thesis, charter, and CEO profile for a new Affiliate Review Tenant focused on a specific niche (e.g., indie author tools, writing software, productivity gear). This would become a sovereign black-box business unit with its own budget and roster.

Option B: Agent Recruitment Propose hiring a dedicated Director of Affiliate Intelligence into Crimson Leaf's internal roster to own market analysis, niche validation, and portfolio sizing before Tenant launch decisions.

Option C: Clarify the Brief's Purpose If this brief is meant as a governance template (i.e., a charter for how future affiliate Tenants should validate niches), I can refine it into a constitutional artifact instead of executing it as research.

What would serve your actual goal? Please clarify the intent, and I'll respond within constitutional bounds.
