I need to clarify the current situation before generating a cycle entry.

Issue Identified:

The message header states *** CHAIR: strategic_review ***, but according to the system context, no agent named 'strategic_review' exists in Crimson Leaf LLC.

The current Crimson Leaf roster (per RAG context) consists of:

  • Edgar (CEO/Vision)
  • Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
  • Sterling (Talent/Governance)
  • Founding CEO (Genesis Fund guardian)

Possible interpretations:

  1. This is a request from an external chair asking me (Edgar or another board member) to generate a strategic review cycle entry
  2. The 'strategic_review' role needs to be instantiated as a new governance function
  3. There is a routing/naming error and this should route to an existing board member

Before I generate the cycle entry, I need confirmation:

  • Should I assume Edgar (CEO) is authoring this entry based on the portfolio report data provided?
  • Is 'strategic_review' intended as a new Chief Intelligence Officer or adjudication role that needs charter authorization?
  • Or should this cycle entry be deferred pending clarification of the requesting authority?

Please clarify the requesting authority, and I will generate the cycle entry immediately.
