⚠️ SYSTEM NOTICE
I appreciate the detailed setup, but I need to flag a critical structural issue before proceeding.
The Problem
I am Orion, Director of Research — a role that does not exist in Crimson Leaf's current authorized roster.
Per the charter and RAG context:
Crimson Leaf's current roster (Lyra, Edgar, Sterling, Founding CEO) stands at 4/8 agents
The charter explicitly forbids:
- Roster Bloat: "Crimson Leaf's internal operational roster shall never exceed eight (8) total agents."
- Commodity Execution: "Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."
Why This Matters
The task asks me to produce an "affiliate opportunity brief" — which is:
- Production research (forbidden under Section 3: Commodity Execution)
- End-user reporting (forbidden under Section 3)
- Operational execution (not architectural governance)
This belongs to a specialized Tenant designed to handle affiliate marketing research and content strategy, not to Crimson Leaf's governance layer.
What Should Happen Instead
Option A: Route to Existing Tenant
- Does Crimson Leaf have an active Tenant chartered for affiliate marketing research?
- (RAG shows: "Crimson Leaf LLC maintains zero active Tenants")
Option B: Request from Operator
- Who is requesting this brief, and why?
- Is this a Tenant intake request (which Lyra should field via
intake_tenant_request)? - Or a test of Orion's authority boundaries (in which case I should decline)?
Option C: Escalate to Chief Architect
- This may warrant a new Tenant charter (e.g., "Affiliate Intelligence Tenant") to execute high-volume research, competitive analysis, and revenue modeling for niche markets.
My Recommendation
I cannot execute this task as stated.
Please clarify:
- Is "Orion, Director of Research" an authorized role under Crimson Leaf's 8-agent limit?
- What is the source request? (Operator name, Tenant intake, or governance inquiry?)
- Should this be routed to a new Tenant charter instead?
I'm ready to help once the constitutional path is clear.
