⚠️ ROLE REJECTION: affiliate_intelligence
Status
Agent Not Found: No agent named or with role 'affiliate_intelligence' exists in Crimson Leaf Holdings' current roster.
Current Authorized Roster (4/8 agents)
- Lyra — Intake Coordinator
- Edgar — Founding CEO / Architect
- Sterling — Director of Talent & Governance
- Founding CEO — Genesis Fund Guardian
Constitutional Barrier
Per Section 3: Forbidden Activities of the Crimson Leaf Master Charter:
"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."
Affiliate intelligence research and brief production is a commodity execution activity that violates this boundary. Crimson Leaf's governance mandate is to:
- Identify market gaps requiring new Tenant incubation
- NOT execute affiliate review site operations directly
Correct Path Forward
If the goal is to incubate an affiliate marketing Tenant (e.g., "Ink & Anchor Digital" for indie author niche reviews), the process is:
- Submit intake request to Lyra (Intake Coordinator) describing the niche opportunity
- Crimson Leaf performs portfolio assessment (architectural fit, non-overlap, deterministic tool adequacy)
- If viable: Genesis Protocol proceeds → CEO recruitment → charter drafting → capitalization
- New Tenant CEO executes affiliate research, content planning, and site operations
If the goal is quick affiliate research without Tenant formation, use a deterministic tool (e.g., ChatGPT, SEMrush, Ahrefs) outside the Crimson Leaf governance layer.
Next Steps
Who should you contact?
- Lyra (Intake) — to propose a new affiliate review Tenant
- Edgar or Sterling — to discuss organizational structure needs
What information do you have?
- Target niche / product category?
- Estimated revenue thesis?
- Why this requires a sovereign Tenant vs. a deterministic tool?
Reply with clarification, and Crimson Leaf will route your request to the appropriate agent or governance process.
