Crimson Leaf performs portfolio assessment (architectural fit, non-overlap, deterministic tool adequacy)
If viable: Genesis Protocol proceeds → CEO recruitment → charter drafting → capitalization
New Tenant CEO executes affiliate research, content planning, and site operations

If the goal is quick affiliate research without Tenant formation, use a deterministic tool (e.g., ChatGPT, SEMrush, Ahrefs) outside the Crimson Leaf governance layer.
