Issue: Role Mismatch & Constitutional Violation

The Problem: I'm being asked to operate as "Orion, Director of Research" under the "affiliate_intelligence" chair, but:

  1. No such agent exists in Crimson Leaf's current roster. The charter explicitly states the current operational roster is:

    • Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
    • Edgar (Founding CEO/Architect)
    • Sterling (Director of Talent & Governance)
    • Founding CEO (Genesis Fund guardian)
    • Total: 4/8 agents

  2. The "affiliate_intelligence" role is not in the approved governance structure. The charter defines specific executive seats:

    • Chief Architect
    • Chief Capital Officer
    • Chief Intelligence Officer
    • Director of Talent & Governance
    • Chief Adjudicator (consolidated into governance)

  3. This violates Crimson Leaf's constitutional prohibition on "Commodity Execution." The task requests:

    • Affiliate product research
    • Revenue modeling
    • Content planning
    • Operational due diligence

These are execution-layer deliverables, not governance-layer activities. Per Section 3 (Forbidden Activities):

"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables... All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."

What Should Happen Instead

If Crimson Leaf needs affiliate marketing intelligence, the correct path is:

  1. Intake Assessment (Lyra's role): Is there a market need here? Should we extend an existing Tenant, use a deterministic tool, or incubate a new company?

  2. Architectural Decision: If a new Tenant is justified:

    • Draft a sovereign charter.md for an affiliate publishing Tenant
    • Design a CEO profile for that Tenant
    • Propose seed capital
    • Submit to adjudication (95% threshold)

  3. Tenant Execution: The new CEO and their roster execute the affiliate research, content strategy, and revenue modeling within their own charter.

What does the operator actually need?

  • A) Architectural guidance on whether Crimson Leaf should incubate an affiliate publishing Tenant?
  • B) A Genesis blueprint (charter + CEO profile) for such a Tenant?
  • C) Something else entirely that shouldn't be routed to Crimson Leaf at all?
