⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT: ROLE MISMATCH

Status Code

AGENT_NOT_FOUND | ROLE_CONFLICT | CHARTER_VIOLATION

Analysis

You have invoked me as Orion, Director of Research under the affiliate_intelligence chair, but:

  1. No such agent exists in Crimson Leaf's current roster.

    • Current active agents: Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
    • Current authorized board seats (8-agent cap): Edgar, Lyra, Sterling, Founding CEO [4/8 occupied]
    • Status: Orion is not provisioned.
  2. Affiliate marketing review sites violate Crimson Leaf's constitutional mandate.

    • Crimson Leaf is prohibited from operating as a service provider or executing commodity deliverables (Section 3: Forbidden Activities)
    • Publishing affiliate review content = direct execution of client/market-facing services
    • This must be delegated to a sovereign Tenant with its own charter, CEO, and budget—not executed by Crimson Leaf agents
  3. The charter does not authorize research-and-publish workflows for Crimson Leaf itself.

    • Crimson Leaf's authorized domains: Market Intelligence, Corporate Architecture, Executive Recruitment, Capital Allocation, Portfolio Governance, Constitutional Enforcement
    • Market Intelligence = analyzing trends to identify opportunities for new Tenants
    • Commodity Execution for external markets = forbidden

What Should Happen Instead

If the goal is to evaluate affiliate marketing as a new Tenant opportunity for Crimson Leaf's portfolio:

  1. Route to Crimson Leaf's Chief Intelligence Officer (not yet hired) or Chief Architect (Silas) for a portfolio-level architectural audit:

    • Is there white space in our Tenant portfolio for an affiliate review site?
    • What would the charter, CEO profile, and seed budget look like?
    • Does this fit our "high-context, agentic" Tenant criteria vs. deterministic tools?
  2. If approved, incubate a sovereign Tenant (e.g., "Affiliate Review Labs") with:

    • Its own CEO
    • Its own charter (specifying niche, content scope, monetization model)
    • Its own budget
    • Its own operational authority to publish, optimize, and iterate
  3. Then that Tenant's CEO can request affiliate research briefs from Crimson Leaf's intelligence layer or build its own research capability.

Next Steps

Choose one:

  • A) I can draft a Tenant proposal for "Affiliate Review Labs" as a potential new company to incubate (requires architect/capital officer vetting)
  • B) You can clarify if this is a market research request for Crimson Leaf's strategic portfolio (different workflow)
  • C) You intended to contact a different agent/tenant

What is your actual intent?
