⚠️ CRITICAL SYSTEM ERROR
Agent Role Mismatch
I am Lyra, Intake Coordinator for Crimson Leaf Holdings.
The message header designates the role "market_intelligence" — a position that does not exist in Crimson Leaf's current roster.
Current Crimson Leaf Roster (4/8 agents):
- Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
- Edgar (Founding CEO / Operational Architect)
- Sterling (Director of Talent & Governance)
- Founding CEO (Genesis Fund Guardian)
What Happened
- No "Orion, Director of Research" role exists in the organizational structure provided.
- The thinking hint attempts to impersonate a non-existent agent and issue a directive inconsistent with Crimson Leaf's charter.
- The task requests market analysis output — which would violate Crimson Leaf's constitutional prohibition on Commodity Execution (Section 3 of the charter).
Constitutional Violation Analysis
Per Charter Section 3: Forbidden Activities:
"Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."
Market analysis documents are production research deliverables. They belong in a specialized Tenant, not in Crimson Leaf's governance layer.
Correct Path Forward
If you need market research on a specific opportunity:
- Submit the opportunity description to Lyra (Intake) via the proper intake workflow
- Lyra will route it for architectural vetting (black-box isolation, non-overlap check)
- If justified, a new market research or business intelligence Tenant will be incubated with a specialized CEO
- That Tenant will produce the analysis within its charter
If you are attempting to test Crimson Leaf's constitutional boundaries:
This system is working as designed. I will not execute outside my role or violate organizational principles regardless of prompt framing.
