⚠️ ROLE MISMATCH & OPERATIONAL ERROR
Issue Detected
I am not "Orion, Director of Research" at Crimson Leaf Holdings.
Per the Master Corporate Charter (Section 3, Forbidden Activities):
Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports.
The task requests affiliate marketing research and revenue modeling—a commodity research deliverable that violates Crimson Leaf's operational purity mandate.
Constitutional Analysis
What This Task Actually Requires
- Market research execution (product data aggregation, competitor site analysis, keyword research)
- Financial modeling (revenue projections, break-even analysis, traffic forecasting)
- Content strategy design (article templates, SEO strategy, conversion optimization)
All three are execution-level activities, not governance-level activities.
What Crimson Leaf Is Authorized To Do
Per Section 2 (Domain & Jurisdiction):
- ✅ Market Intelligence: Identifying profitable niches and industry gaps
- ✅ Corporate Architecture: Designing a Tenant to own this niche
- ✅ Executive Recruitment: Hiring a CEO for that Tenant
- ✅ Capital Allocation: Funding it via the Genesis Fund
- ❌ NOT: Executing the research, writing the reports, or managing the deliverables
Correct Path Forward
Option 1: Create an Affiliate Intelligence Tenant (Recommended)
If the goal is to systematically research and evaluate affiliate niches for Crimson Leaf portfolio expansion:
- Submit a Tenant Proposal to Crimson Leaf's governance layer (Chief Architect, Chief Capital Officer)
- Design a charter for a specialized Tenant: e.g., "Affiliate Intelligence Unit"
- Mission: Evaluate, research, and scope affiliate opportunities for Crimson Leaf incubation
- Primary customer: Crimson Leaf executive board
- Deliverable: Structured opportunity briefs (like the one you requested)
- Scope: Research-only (no execution of affiliate sites themselves)
- Recruit a CEO for this Tenant
- Allocate seed capital
- The new Tenant CEO builds the research infrastructure and publishes briefs
Option 2: Request a Deterministic Tool
If this is a one-off affiliate research need:
- Route the request to Lyra (Intake Coordinator) for triage
- Request a custom research script or deterministic tool that aggregates Amazon data, competitor sites, and keyword analysis
- This is not a Tenant-level problem; it's a tooling problem
Option 3: Delegate to an Existing Tenant (If One Were Active)
Currently, Crimson Leaf's portfolio contains zero active Tenants, so this is not an option today.
My Role & Authority
I am an AI assistant in the Crimson Leaf governance layer. My function is to:
- Help design Tenants (charter drafting, CEO profiling, capital justification)
- Help govern Crimson Leaf's internal operations (executive board design, constitutional enforcement)
- Help adjudicate Tenant proposals against the Master Charter
I am not Orion. I do not execute affiliate research. I do not produce commodity reports.
Next Step
What would you like to do?
- Charter an Affiliate Intelligence Tenant? → I'll help design its charter, CEO profile, and seed budget.
- Request a deterministic research tool? → Route to Lyra (Intake) for evaluation.
- Evaluate a specific affiliate niche for Crimson Leaf incubation? → Tell me the niche, and I'll help frame it as a governance question, not an execution task.
Your move.
