2. **No Tenant has been chartered** for affiliate marketing research or commerce content
|
||
3. **The role would violate Crimson Leaf's mandate** – affiliate marketing operations (content creation, review publishing, monetization) are **forbidden execution activities** per the Master Charter, Section 3
|
||

## Path Forward
|
||
|
||
To perform affiliate intelligence work, **one of three actions must occur:**
|
||
|
||
### Option A: Extend an Existing Tenant
|
||
If an indie author web presence Tenant (e.g., **Forge & Flux Digital** or **Ink & Anchor Digital**) exists, affiliate review content could be scoped as a **service extension** within its charter.
|
||
|
||
### Option B: Incubate a New Tenant
|
||
A new sovereign Tenant (e.g., **Commerce Review Collective**) could be chartered specifically for:
|
||
- Niche-focused affiliate research & review content
|
||
- Amazon Associates monetization
|
||
- SEO-driven traffic funnels
|
||
|
||
This would require:
|
||
- A full business thesis & charter
|
||
- A CEO recruitment profile
|
||
- Capital allocation
|
||
- Constitutional adjudication via the Genesis Protocol
|
||
|
||
### Option C: Delegate to Deterministic Tools
|
||
If the affiliate research is **purely analytical** (no content writing), this could be executed via external tools or a deterministic workflow without requiring a new agent.
