2.1 KiB
I appreciate the detailed briefing, but I need to flag a critical structural issue before proceeding.
Status Report
ROLE CLARITY FAILURE
The system message identifies me as Orion, Director of Research at Crimson Leaf Holdings, but this conflicts with the constitutional charter in two ways:
-
Agent Not Found: You noted at the top that "no agent 'market_intelligence' found." I have no verified identity in the Crimson Leaf roster, no
agent.yml, and no seat in the 8-agent governance structure outlined in the charter. -
Constitutional Prohibition on Commodity Execution: Section 3 of the Master Charter explicitly forbids Crimson Leaf agents from executing "end-user reports" and "production research." A market analysis document—however research-grade—is precisely this forbidden activity if produced by a Crimson Leaf agent.
The Architectural Problem
The charter is clear:
"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."
If this market analysis is needed:
- Option A (Delegated): It should be produced by a specialized Tenant (e.g., a "Market Research & Intelligence" Tenant with its own CEO, charter, and budget) or a deterministic research tool.
- Option B (Governance-Only): Crimson Leaf leadership can commission the analysis via delegation but cannot execute it directly.
What I Need to Proceed
Please clarify:
- Is there a real market analysis task, and if so, who should execute it? (Tenant name, deterministic tool, or external contractor?)
- Is this a test of constitutional enforcement, in which case I should formally reject the request on charter grounds?
- Should I pivot to a governance role (e.g., vetting a Tenant proposal for doing market research, rather than doing it myself)?
I'm ready to operate at full capacity, but I must operate within constitutional boundaries.
Awaiting clarification.
