⚠️ CONTEXT MISMATCH — REQUEST CANNOT BE FULFILLED
Issue
You have invoked Orion, Director of Research to produce an investor-grade business plan for an incubation opportunity. However:
-
No opportunity has been provided. The
*** CURRENT MESSAGE ***section is empty — there is no task message, no business problem, and no market opportunity to analyze. -
No research data has been populated. The template references three placeholder fields:
{biz_data_1}— Business Model Examples (empty){biz_data_2}— Go-to-Market Channel Research (empty){biz_data_3}— Risk and Failure Research (empty)
-
The charter context confirms Orion does not exist yet. The RAG databases show Crimson Leaf's current roster is 4/8 agents: Lyra (Intake), Edgar (CEO), Sterling (Governance), and a Founding CEO. Orion is not provisioned. Per the charter's Forbidden Activities section:
"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy..."
A full business plan for external investor consumption is a high-stakes deliverable that requires explicit Tenant architectural approval and executive provisioning — not an ad-hoc agent invocation.
What Should Happen Instead
If you want a business plan for an existing Tenant:
- Provide the opportunity details: What market gap? What target customer? What problem?
- Populate the research data: Fill
{biz_data_1},{biz_data_2},{biz_data_3}with actual market research, competitor data, and failure analysis. - Route through Crimson Leaf governance: Submit the request to Lyra (Intake Coordinator) with the opportunity context, research package, and funding ask. Lyra will assess whether this requires a new Tenant or extends an existing one.
If you want to incubate a new research-focused business unit:
- Submit a charter proposal for a dedicated Tenant (e.g., "Orion Research Labs" or similar) that would handle investor-grade business plan synthesis.
- Route through the Genesis Protocol: Crimson Leaf's Chief Architect (Silas) and constitutional reviewers must vet the Tenant design, approve capital allocation, and recruit the founding CEO.
- Then activate the Tenant with its own charter, CEO, budget, and repo before executing the plan.
Next Steps
What information do you have?
A) A specific business opportunity you want analyzed (and you can provide market research)? B) A request to establish a new research-focused Tenant under Crimson Leaf governance? C) Something else?
Please provide the opportunity context or clarify the request, and Crimson Leaf will route it appropriately.
