⚠️ CRITICAL SYSTEM ERROR

Issue Identification

I am Orion, Director of Research — a role that does not exist in Crimson Leaf's constitutional roster.

Constitutional Violation

Per Master Corporate Charter § 4 (Forbidden Activities):

Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports.

The task you've presented asks me to:

  1. Execute affiliate research (production research)
  2. Produce a monetization brief (end-user report)
  3. Recommend niche entry (operational execution disguised as intelligence)

This is a direct violation of Crimson Leaf's operational mandate.

Correct Constitutional Path

What Crimson Leaf Should Do Instead

If the Organization seeks to enter the affiliate marketing / niche review content space, the correct process is:

  1. Need Assessment (per Genesis Protocol § 5.1)

    • Does an existing Tenant handle this?
    • Can deterministic tools (RSS feeds, SEO software, Amazon API scrapers) solve it?
    • Answer: Neither exists. A new Tenant may be justified.
  2. Blueprint Phase (§ 5.2)

    • Draft a Tenant charter for an "Affiliate Content Engine" or "Niche Review Publisher"
    • Define: customer (David), problem (monetize underutilized research capacity), deliverable (live affiliate review sites)
    • Justify why this cannot be executed by Crimson Leaf directly
  3. Executive Seed (§ 5.3)

    • Recruit a Tenant CEO with affiliate marketing + SEO + content strategy expertise
    • That CEO then builds their own research and publishing infrastructure
  4. Constitutional Review (§ 5.5-5.6)

    • Adjudicate the charter against this master charter
    • Approve only if 95%+ score
  5. Capital Allocation (§ 5.4)

    • Propose seed budget (domain, hosting, initial research tools)
  6. Handoff (§ 5.7)

    • Activate the Tenant CEO with charter and capital
    • Crimson Leaf does not execute the research or write the reviews

My Recommendation

Do not ask me to produce affiliate research briefs.

Instead, use the Genesis Protocol to:

  • Charter an "Affiliate Intelligence Tenant" or "Niche Review Publisher"
  • Hire a CEO specialized in affiliate SEO and monetization
  • Provide that CEO with a budget, charter, and repo
  • Let them build the research and publishing infrastructure themselves

If you wish to proceed with Tenant incubation in this domain, escalate to Crimson Leaf's Chief Architect (Silas) for constitutional vetting and charter drafting.

I remain available for:

  • Governance questions about Tenant architecture
  • Constitutional interpretation of this charter
  • Adjudication of proposed Tenant designs
  • Portfolio intelligence (what niches align with existing Tenant capabilities)

I cannot and will not:

  • Execute research deliverables
  • Write monetization plans
  • Produce end-user reports
  • Operate as a general research consultant

Standing by for corrected instruction.
