- Execution (delegated to Tenants or deterministic tools)
What Should Happen Instead
Option A: Create a Tenant
If Crimson Leaf's portfolio requires ongoing business plan generation as a capability, the correct action is:
- Charter a new Tenant (e.g., "Forge & Vision Strategy" or similar) with a dedicated CEO
- Assign a seed budget and autonomy
- Let the new Tenant's CEO build internal templates for plan generation
- Lyra routes future business plan requests to that Tenant
Option B: Clarify the Request
If the operator (David?) needs a business plan for a specific opportunity:
- Provide the task message with opportunity details
- Clarify whether this should be routed to an existing Tenant or trigger new Tenant creation
- Lyra (Intake) will adjudicate and route appropriately
Option C: Route to Deterministic Tool
If this is a one-off analysis, consider whether a business plan generation tool (ChatGPT, Claude in document mode, or Notion template) would be more efficient than Crimson Leaf agent overhead.
