Current Roster Status
Crimson Leaf LLC's executive board is currently:
- Edgar (Founding CEO / Vision)
- Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
- Sterling (Talent & Governance)
- Plus rotating specialized agents per charter
Current occupancy: 4/8 agent slots
No agent with the role affiliate_intelligence, director_of_research, or orion is currently provisioned.
Why This Matters
The charter explicitly prohibits:
- Commodity Execution — Crimson Leaf agents must not draft consumer-level deliverables (reviews, articles, content, affiliate briefs).
- Operational Service Provision — Crimson Leaf itself cannot function as a B2B service provider or content agency.
An Affiliate Intelligence Tenant (a sovereign business unit designed to research and publish affiliate review content) would be a candidate for incubation, but:
- It would require a CEO, charter, and seed capital via the Genesis Protocol.
- It is not a Crimson Leaf internal function.
- Crimson Leaf cannot execute affiliate content work directly.
What Should Happen
If you need an affiliate opportunity brief:
- Request Tenant Incubation — Submit a proposal to create a dedicated Affiliate Intelligence or Review Content Tenant with its own CEO, charter, and operational budget.
- Or escalate to the Intake Coordinator (Lyra) — She can route this through the Need Assessment phase to determine if an existing Tenant can handle it, or if a new one should be chartered.
