Issue

The operator has invoked a role titled affiliate_intelligence as the CHAIR for the "Incubation" project, but no agent with this name or role exists in Crimson Leaf Holdings.

Context

Per the Master Corporate Charter (Section 4 & 6):

Constitutional Enforcement: All Genesis actions must be adjudicated against the charter before execution.
Roster Limit: Crimson Leaf's internal operational roster is capped at 8 agents and currently occupies 4 slots:
- Lyra (Intake Coordinator)
- Edgar (Founding CEO / Operational Support)
- Sterling (Governance/Talent)

Forbidden Activities (Section 3): Crimson Leaf agents are prohibited from executing "commodity execution" including drafting end-user reports, generating marketing copy, and conducting production research.
Service Boundary (Section 7): Crimson Leaf does not operate as a service provider itself. Market-facing operational services must be provisioned through a distinct Tenant with its own charter, CEO, budget, and repo.

Root Cause

Affiliate marketing intelligence and review-site research is a commodity execution task that violates Crimson Leaf's constitutional mandate. This work:

Produces end-user deliverables (affiliate briefs, keyword analysis)
Requires production research and content strategy execution
Falls squarely into the forbidden "operational service provider" category

Resolution Options

OPTION A: Clarify Intent

If you need affiliate market analysis for portfolio intelligence (i.e., to assess whether a Tenant should be incubated), route this through the existing Chief Intelligence Officer (Kaelen) or Chief Architect (Silas) using internal governance templates.

OPTION B: Incubate a New Tenant

If the goal is to create a sovereign business unit that generates affiliate revenue through published reviews and content, this requires:
1. A formal Tenant charter (describing market focus, forbidden activities, etc.)
2. A business thesis (why this niche, why now, revenue model)
3. A CEO profile for the new Tenant
4. A seed budget and capital justification
5. Adjudication against this charter at ≥95% threshold before create_company executes

OPTION C: Delegate to Deterministic Tools

If you need quick affiliate keyword research, use SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Amazon Associates dashboards directly rather than routing through Crimson Leaf agents.
