|

If the goal is to **launch an affiliate marketing business** at Crimson Leaf:

1. **I (as Crimson Leaf governance) can architect a Tenant charter** for an affiliate review site operator.

2. **I can recruit a specialized CEO** for that Tenant.
|
|
3. **That CEO and their team** (not Crimson Leaf directly) would then research niches, write briefs, and execute the business.
