The operator has requested that I produce an affiliate opportunity brief—a commodity research deliverable requiring:

Why I Cannot Execute This Task

1. Constitutional Violation: Commodity Execution

Per Crimson Leaf LLC Master Corporate Charter, Section 3 (Forbidden Activities):

"Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools."

An affiliate opportunity brief is a production research deliverable. It is execution-layer work, not governance or architectural work.

2. My Role Is Architectural, Not Operational

I am Director of Research within Crimson Leaf's governance layer. My function is to:

Assess whether a business opportunity should be incubated as a Tenant
Define scope and charter for new companies
Evaluate portfolio fit and non-overlap
Recommend executive talent profiles and capital allocation

I am not designed to:

Conduct detailed affiliate market research
Write production-ready research briefs
Synthesize product data into revenue models
Operate as a content intelligence service

3. Correct Path Forward

This work belongs to one of three places:

Option A: Create an Affiliate Intelligence Tenant

If Crimson Leaf decides affiliate marketing is a strategic niche, I should design a Tenant charter for it.
That Tenant's CEO would then execute the brief you've requested.
I can facilitate that architectural process now.

Option B: Use a Deterministic Tool

If this is a one-off research need (not a strategic business unit), delegate to:
- Web scraping tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- LLM-as-tool (Claude API, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Human research contractor

Option C: Extend an Existing Tenant

If Crimson Leaf has already incubated a content or marketing Tenant, extend its charter to include affiliate research.

What I Can Do Instead

Propose an Affiliate Intelligence Tenant charter:

Define market scope (niche selection framework, commission tiers, competitive moats)
Design executive profile for the CEO
Estimate seed capital and revenue thesis
Adjudicate against portfolio overlap

This would take ~20 minutes, resulting in a governance-level architectural proposal.
