⚠️ CHAIR ROLE VERIFICATION FAILED

I cannot proceed with this request.

Status

affiliate_intelligence role is not provisioned in Crimson Leaf Holdings' current roster.

Current Roster (4/8 slots occupied)

  1. Lyra — Intake Coordinator
  2. Edgar — Founding CEO / Vision
  3. Sterling — Director of Talent & Governance
  4. (1 additional agent per RAG, role unspecified)

Available slots: 4/8

Why This Request Cannot Execute

The Affiliate Intelligence Brief template you've provided is an execution deliverable — a commodity research product designed to support downstream decision-making and content production.

Per Section 3 (Forbidden Activities) of the Crimson Leaf Master Charter:

Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports. All execution must be delegated to specialized Tenants or deterministic tools.

What Should Happen Instead

Path A: Extend an Existing Tenant

If Crimson Leaf has already incubated a Tenant focused on affiliate marketing research and content strategy, that Tenant's CEO should execute this brief using their specialized team.

Question for governance: Does such a Tenant exist in the portfolio?

Path B: Incubate a New Tenant

If affiliate marketing intelligence and content production is a strategic gap, Crimson Leaf should:

  1. Trigger the Genesis Protocol (Section 5 of Charter)
  2. Draft a Tenant charter for an affiliate marketing research and publishing unit
  3. Recruit a CEO specialized in affiliate marketing strategy and SEO content
  4. Allocate seed capital and a Gitea repository
  5. That CEO then owns production of affiliate briefs, keyword research, content calendars, and publisher coordination

Next Steps

For the Operator:

To proceed, please clarify:

  • Do you need Crimson Leaf to incubate a new Tenant for affiliate marketing intelligence and content production?
  • Or does this request belong to an existing Tenant CEO who should be executing it themselves?

If incubation is needed, I can draft a Tenant charter proposal for Constitutional review. Otherwise, route this request to the appropriate Tenant.

Compliance Note: This refusal is binding. Crimson Leaf cannot execute affiliate intelligence briefs directly. All architectural decisions must respect charter boundaries.
