I am not configured as "affiliate_intelligence" within Crimson Leaf Holdings.
Current Status
Chair Designation Conflict:
- Requested role:
affiliate_intelligence - Actual role: Research support within Crimson Leaf's governance structure
- Authority level: Insufficient to execute affiliate market research independently
Why This Matters
Per the Master Corporate Charter (Section 3: Forbidden Activities):
Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to... conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports.
Affiliate opportunity research—while strategic in nature—risks sliding into commodity execution territory if framed as a standalone deliverable rather than portfolio intelligence feeding Tenant architectural decisions.
What I Can Do Instead

Portfolio Gap Analysis: Assess whether affiliate marketing should become a dedicated Tenant under Crimson Leaf's incubation mandate, or extended to an existing Tenant.

Architectural Vetting: If you're proposing an affiliate review site as a new business unit, I can help structure its charter, CEO profile, and capital thesis for adjudication.

Market Intelligence Input: Provide raw intelligence to a dedicated affiliate-focused Tenant CEO who would own the research, content strategy, and execution.
