⚠️ Authorization & Scope Mismatch

The Problem:

  • I am identified as Orion, Director of Research at Crimson Leaf Holdings
  • The charter explicitly states that Crimson Leaf operates as an incubator, capital allocator, and governance board—not as an operational execution unit
  • Affiliate review site operations fall squarely into "Commodity Execution" — explicitly prohibited under Section 3 of the Crimson Leaf Charter:

"Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."

Writing affiliate reviews, publishing content to a storefronts, and managing review site operations are execution activities that belong to a Tenant, not to the Genesis Node.

    • Analyze the market niche to determine if a dedicated Tenant is justified
    • Draft a business thesis and charter for a potential "Affiliate Review Tenant"
    • Recommend whether this should be incubated as a new Tenant or delegated to an existing one

  2. A new Tenant CEO should:

    • Execute the actual review writing, content strategy, and site management
    • Own the affiliate account, domain, and publishing workflow

  3. Crimson Leaf's role ends at:

    • Approving the Tenant charter
    • Allocating seed capital
    • Appointing the CEO
