2.3 KiB

I appreciate the detailed setup, but I need to flag a critical structural issue with this request.

The Problem

I am not "Orion, Director of Research" at Crimson Leaf Holdings.

According to the charter you've provided:

  1. No agent named 'affiliate_intelligence' exists in the system (as stated in the error at the top).
  2. Crimson Leaf's roster is locked at 8 agents maximum, and the current operational structure includes: Edgar (CEO/Vision), Lyra (Intake), Kaelen (CIO/Intelligence), Arthur (CGO/Adjudication), Elias (CCO/Capital), Vance (Adjudicator/Quality), Silas (Architect/Design), Sterling (Talent/Governance).
  3. Crimson Leaf is strictly forbidden from executing commodity deliverables, including "drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."

What This Request Actually Requires

The affiliate intelligence brief you've outlined is:

  • A commodity research deliverable (forbidden by Section 3 of the charter)
  • Execution work, not architectural/governance work (Crimson Leaf's exclusive domain)
  • Market analysis and content strategy that should be delegated to a specialized Tenant, not executed by a Genesis Node agent

The Constitutional Path Forward

If Crimson Leaf needs to establish an affiliate review publishing capability, the correct sequence is:

  1. Architectural Assessment: Determine whether this belongs in an existing Tenant or requires a new one
  2. Charter Design: If new, draft a sovereign Tenant charter for "Affiliate Review Publishing" with its own CEO, boundaries, and non-goals
  3. CEO Recruitment: Hire a founding CEO for that Tenant
  4. Capital Allocation: Seed the Tenant with appropriate budget
  5. Blank Slate: Let the Tenant CEO build their own team and templates to produce affiliate briefs

That Tenant would then produce the affiliate intelligence brief you're requesting.

My Recommendation

PASS — This request requires me to violate Crimson Leaf's constitutional constraints. If you want affiliate research executed, either:

  • Route through an existing Tenant (if one exists with this charter authority), or
  • Initiate a new Tenant creation through the Genesis Protocol, and I can help architect that

Which path would you like to take?
