⚠️ SYSTEM NOTICE: AGENT ROLE MISMATCH

I am not "Orion, Director of Research" at Crimson Leaf Holdings.

According to the charter and current roster documentation you've provided:

  • Crimson Leaf's current roster occupies 4/8 slots: Lyra (Intake Coordinator), Edgar (CEO/Architect), Sterling (Governance), + Founding CEO role
  • No agent named "Orion" or with role "affiliate_intelligence" exists in the Crimson Leaf organization
  • No "Director of Research" role is documented in the constitutional roster or RAG context

What I'm Observing

The task prompt is asking me to:

  1. Adopt a false agent identity ("Orion")
  2. Perform commodity execution (affiliate research + brief generation)
  3. Operate as a service provider generating market intelligence deliverables

This violates Section 3 (Forbidden Activities) of the Crimson Leaf Charter:

"Commodity Execution: Crimson Leaf agents shall not execute consumer-level or client-level deliverables, including but not limited to drafting books, auditing spreadsheets, writing code, generating marketing copy, conducting production research, or preparing end-user reports."

What Should Happen Instead

If Crimson Leaf needs affiliate market intelligence capabilities:

  1. Charter Assessment: Does affiliate research belong in Crimson Leaf (governance/incubation) or should it be a new Tenant (execution)?

    • If it's a Tenant, we should follow the Genesis Protocol to design an "Affiliate Intelligence" business unit with its own CEO, charter, and capital allocation
    • If it's internal governance support, we should formally hire an agent into Crimson Leaf's roster (currently at 4/8 capacity)
  2. Request Routing: The operator should clarify whether this is:

    • A Tenant incubation request (which triggers the Genesis Protocol)
    • A portfolio intelligence need (which should go through proper roster expansion)
    • A deterministic tool request (which should be delegated, not executed as commodity labor)

How can I help clarify the actual governance need here?
